Car Seat Safety Classes

Because your baby’s safety matters.

Car seats and safety belts save lives. According to Georgia law, children under age 8 must be properly secured in a car seat or booster seat while riding in a vehicle.

Our free monthly Car Seat Safety Classes are taught by certified technicians and will help you:

  • Choose the right car seat for your child’s size and age
  • Install the seat correctly and safely
  • Understand current safety laws and guidelines

When & Where:

  • Classes are held at our Center 2nd Saturday of each month (unless otherwise noted). You must be a Greene County resident to attend, but other residents may call for information about classes nearby.

Bonus: Qualifying families may earn a free car seat or booster seat by attending the class if you have Medicaid, Peach Care, or WIC.
